Dear Peter,
We are definitely seeing an upward trend in our cosmetic practice both in terms of office procedures and surgery booking. May be we are all heading to better times soon. Incidentally we just got a patient referred by Dr Diamond, one of 90210 doctors!
My wife and I are certainly excited because our daughter Tara is heading to the altar in about a week. She is marrying her best friend's older brother. My son Michael will be the altar server for the ceremony. How cool is that?
Jacqueline is sporting a new hairdo now that is generating some positive comments. She just finally got married with Abe, the father of her child. They bought a house in Clovis and got a dog, just living the American Dream.

I do look more youthful!
My eyes are healing well. I don't find myself raising my eyebrows to get the droop out of the way any more which is a relief. Glad I had it done finally and wish I did it earlier which is a very common thing with my own patients.
It's a funny thing being 50 years old. I don't get anyone asking if I am old enough to be doing what I doing anymore. I have patients tell me I look like I am 30 now. It's a nice place to be to feel like you still have great things ahead and nothing hurts too much yet.

| Lifestyle Lift |

Patients have been asking me about the Lifestyle Lift because there has been a lot of advertising on this at various outlets. Very little is new under the sun. This is a type of facelift called a minilift or mini facelift that I have been doing for a while. It's purely a marketing gimmick. Think of a nice sounding name for a procedure, trademark it and start an advertising campaign built around it is what they did. Doctors who want to use the name and sign on to the campaign pay a fee.
Beware of the photos you are shown and the nice looking testimonials. Most of them have also had other procedures on top of the Lifestyle lift such as a necklift, chin or neck liposuction, etc... They are designed to get you to call or walk in the door.

I do a lot of lip fillers and I love doing them. The lip is a muscle and like most everything else will shrink with time. Here is another option.
Perma lip implants are permanent soft lip implants that can be put in in about 30 minutes under local anesthesia. The incisions are small and heal beautifully. I have been happy with the results every time. See for yourself.
